Item descriptions
Dear Jean has made an effort to describe the product range accurately with descriptive pictures with close details. However, colours may vary somewhat in accordance with the quality of your computer monitor. We can therefore not guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor are exactly like the real colours.
Shopping procedure
- To buy an item, chose a model, select quantity and add it to your shopping bag by clicking Add to cart.
- Your shopping bag will contain the Quantity, Article number, Product Name and price of the item selected.
- Before your order is actually processed, you will get a summary of the items you wish to purchase, total price and shipping details. To confirm the order, please click the "Accept Purchase" button.
- Purchases can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card).
- When the transaction is confirmed, you will receive an order number and with this you can track your order throughout the web site to enable tracking of the order at all times.
- An e-mail message will be sent with a description of the order and personal data submitted. Failure to receive this message can be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to a spelling mistake in the e-mail address. In both cases, you are advised to contact Textalk Customer Service [info@textalk.se].
Delivery time and cost
We'll ship your order as soon as we can, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. Shipping is included in all prices within the European Union. For shipping outside the European Union an extra charge of €20 will be added to the costs.
All prices include VAT. Receipts will account for both price and VAT.
Ways to pay
Credit cards - we currently accept:

We're unable to accept payment via cheque, bank transfer or any method other than those listed above.
Back orders
We aim to have all items in stock for immediate shipment. If we're out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order for it. And if we’re out of stock, we'll email to let you know with the option of either continuing to wait or cancelling your order. The wait time for new stock is usually 6-9 weeks, but can sometimes be a bit longer.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We can't control this, but will always let you know if we can't fulfil your order. If part of your order isn't in stock, we'll split the items and ship what we can straight away - subject to payment authorisation of course. You'll only be charged once for shipping, regardless of whether we have to split your order.
Returns policy
If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us within 30 days in its original condition & packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all labels intact packed in original wrapping upon arrival.
Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement. We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
